The event will be a park restoration project at the Rio de Los Angeles State Park. We will assist the park officials with reconstructing trails, planting trees, and cleaning up trash. The event will take place at 1900 San Fernando Road, Los Angeles CA and will run from 9:00am-1:30pm. Meet at the flagpoles at 8:30am for a ride over there!

Our presence has helped bring together the special needs community of Los Angeles and the University for three days of fun and friendship. The final “Big Day” will be at 9 a.m. on Saturday, March 31st, 2012 and will feature a petting zoo, firetruck, and so much more.

For those of you who couldn’t make out to the events, and just as a reminder for those who did, the applications for Crimson Circle are due by this Thursday, February 9 by 5pm at the CSA office (St. Rob’s Annex). The event will be held at University Hall Atrium from 8pm-12am. Tickets are $10 dollars each and will be sold at Convo 1/19, 1/24, 1/26, as well as at the door the night of the event. You may also ask any member of Crimson Circle or Belles to sell you a ticket. This wonderful event will donate all proceeds to Good Shepherd, Break the Cycle, and Sage Elementary, so bring all your friends! There will be a Beer Garden ONLY for those LMU students 21 and over that have their OneCard and ID. You must enter from the U-Hall Bridge, No re-entry, No bags or open containers, and off-campus guests are allowed.
